Our guides are built from a mix of hands-on testing and structured research (published specs, verified owner reviews, and reputable expert testing). We label clearly which is which: when a claim is based on our own hands-on use, we say so; when it is a synthesis of others' findings, we say that too. We never present other people's testing as our own first-hand experience.
